The villa is set in the countryside close to the town of Santa Eulalia with its hilltop church, restaurants and marina. Nearby beaches include Cala Nova, Cala Martina and Cala Pada. The house is also very close to Terra Masia, an organic farm where you can buy your local eggs, fruit and vegetables. Dalt Vila, the famous fortified medieval town of Ibiza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 25min away.
THE INTERIOR
Can Luki offers a soothing, welcoming atmosphere with open spaces that provide a sense of fluidity. The house is centered around a landscaped inner courtyard. It is an ecological home designed in an U-shape, with windows opening to the in and the outside, providing bright rooms and pleasant ventilation.
A beautiful entrance hall opens onto the patio, a double bedroom and a small suite.
The kitchen is open plan and connects with the dining and living space. The lounge opens on one side onto the inner courtyard and on the other side onto the northern terrace with its balsa (traditional open water reservoir). Here you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Ibizenco countryside in the valley below.
There is a small TV lounge, a utility room, master bedroom with dressing room and a fourth bedroom, either for children or for staff.
The interior design is sober with natural materials and warm touches of color.

The villa provides 1 small suite with a bed of 200 x 160, 2 double bedrooms with beds of 200 x 180 (1) 200 x 160 (1) and the extra bedroom for children/staff with 2 singles (200 x 90).

THE EXTERIOR
Can Luki offers an inner courtyard with fruit trees and water features. One side has an outdoor dining area, the other an outdoor lounge, both of which are shaded by pergolas covered in grape vines. Stairs lead from the patio up the swimming pool.
The 17 x 3.3m swimming pool has its own terrace above the house, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens full of lavender, sage and lemongrass. It includes a chill out lounge and sunbeds.
The North terrace is accessible from the french windows leading out from the living room and makes for a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets over the valley.

We are an English-German couple who met in France. NATASHA is a social worker, SVEN a homeopath, author & company director. Our daughter TEAH was born and has grown up here on the island.
